Classes
NEW: Invitational Level!
This year we’re introducing an Invitational Level!
A space for highly experienced dancers to work in a more focused environment with material, pacing and conversations designed specifically for advanced-level learning!
Masterclasses
Our Masterclasses have become one of the most exciting parts of the event!
Smaller groups, deeper dives and a chance to challenge yourself in new ways!
Whether the main classes are not enough for you or you just want a taste of classes without committing to a full pass, people keep telling us these are absolutely worth arriving early for! (Make sure you get to Athens by Friday early afternoon for these)
Music, music, music!
Athens keeps proving itself to be one of the most exciting scenes with regards to live Blues music!
Just ask your friends who’ve been here before!
Expect electrifying local bands and DJs who know exactly how to keep the floor alive till late!
Competitions
Last year we experimented with a new competition format: «Choreograph THIS!» - and the response was incredible!
So of course… it’s coming back!
Expect more creativity, more surprises and more unforgettable moments on the dance floor!
Get into the «All Stars»
For those of you with bigger ambitions on the competition floor, the Open Mix & Match will also act as a qualifier for Blues Fever’s “All Stars” competition!
Meaning, if you win, you get to compete with against some of the best dancers at Blues Fever!

Monday cool-down party
What started as a spontaneous idea has officially become tradition!
One last relaxed night of Blues (and a little Balboa) before heading back to reality.
If you can stay the extra night, do it.
Venues
We’re keeping the same venues because honestly… they work beautifully and you love them!
- A spacious ballroom for the big Friday & Saturday nights.
- Our beloved Blues bar with the atmosphere we all wish every city had.
